Sharyland ISD Names Hometown Its Official Ticketing Partner, Deepens Districtwide Partnership

SHARYLAND, TX - October 13, 2026 — Sharyland ISD has named Hometown its official ticketing partner. The designation formalizes a relationship that began in 2020, when the district first brought gate admissions online with Hometown's Box Office solution to provide cashless, paperless ticketing at its stadiums and gyms.

As official ticketing partner, Hometown serves as Sharyland ISD's single, trusted source for gate admissions and reporting across the district's athletic and activity programs, built for the daily needs of athletic directors, coaches, and boosters. Consolidating ticketing with one partner gives campus and district leaders one place to manage entry and revenue, so administrators spend less time reconciling spreadsheets and more time supporting their programs.

In the last six years, Sharyland ISD students and fans have used Box Office to purchase more than 235,000 tickets to district games and events, so gate staff scan attendees in seconds and administrators see revenue as it comes in rather than waiting on a manual count at the end of the night.

Sharyland has also named Schoolfundr, Hometown’s fundraising solution, as an approved solution, with multiple Sharyland campuses already seeing strong results. Since 2025, coaches and boosters have brought in nearly $70,000 for their programs across the district. And, because Schoolfundr charges no platform or subscription fees, schools are able to keep more of what they raise meaning a bigger impact on their students and communities.

"Box Office has made our events faster and easier to manage, and Hometown's broader solutions give our administrators real visibility into how our programs are running," said Ron Adame, Athletic Director at Sharyland ISD. "We're proud to name Hometown our official ticketing partner."

"Sharyland ISD has trusted Box Office to run its gates for several seasons now, and earning official ticketing partner status reflects the confidence their athletic department has placed in our team," said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown. "We're proud to power ticketing for every program across the district, and we look forward to supporting Sharyland for years to come."

Sharyland ISD joins a growing number of Texas districts and organizations choosing Hometown to power their ticketing and fundraising. School and district leaders interested in learning more can explore the full suite of solutions at hometown.com.
